Electric or manual? The question is the wrong one
The question of which brush cleans better leads nowhere. Both achieve a good result if the technique is right and there is enough time.
An electric brush takes over part of the movement. That helps especially where mobility is limited — with children, with older people, after a stroke. It does not replace a system, though: with it too, every surface has to be worked on individually.
The best brush is the one that actually gets used for two minutes twice a day. Everything else is secondary.
